GROWTH PLAN

Phase 1:

Foundation & Content Building

- Build a strong base of high-quality showcases

Continue creator outreach to feature diverse photography styles and projects.

Standardize showcase formatting (consistent structure, SEO, and tagging).

Implement an easy submission process (Site Forms or direct email with guidelines).  Prioritize mobile-first layouts since most traffic will come from social media.

- Increase creator submissions & engagement

Target mid-sized creators who may be more open to early-stage projects.

Offer incentives for early adopters (free merch, social promotion, featured spots).  Begin word-of-mouth marketing through previous collaborations.

- Optimize website structure & SEO

Improve loading speed, user experience, and navigation.

Implement proper tagging and metadata to make posts discoverable.

Implement light SEO within showcases (sections on automotive photography, industry trends, etc.).

- Begin small-scale marketing & giveaways

Run targeted social media ads to drive traffic to showcases.

Start a giveaway strategy (follow Cozy, share a post, sign up for a newsletter, etc).

Encourage creators to share their showcases on their own platforms.

Phase 2:

Community & Monetization

- Launch an online shop for digital creator products

Allow creators to sell digital assets (presets, wallpapers, Lightroom tools, etc.).

Offer a revenue-sharing model where Cozy takes a small cut or charges a listing fee.  Implement a clean, easy-to-navigate storefront with proper categorization.

- Introduce creator-linked posters

Posters will feature an image from a showcase, the showcase ID, and a QR code linking to the full showcase.

These will be professionally printed and could be marketed as collector pieces.

Use a pre-order model to reduce upfront production costs.

- Implement profit-sharing for showcase-linked merch

Any creator who has a product linked to their work gets a percentage of sales.

Payments will be handled through a simple royalty system (monthly payouts based on sales).  Keep pricing fair for both creators and Cozy’s production costs.

- Expand marketing efforts

Collaborate with influencers and brands to promote showcases.

Introduce targeted paid ads for specific showcases & products.

Encourage creators to cross-promote their own showcases.

- Explore a subscription-based model for merch/posters

Offer a monthly subscription box that includes a featured poster from a creator.

Provide exclusive merch or stickers related to the showcase.

Give discounts on additional Cozy products.

Phase 3:

Expansion & Physical Products

- Expand merch offerings

Introduce premium clothing pieces (hoodies, tees, hats) with creator-linked designs.  Test limited edition drops to drive exclusivity and demand.

Offer bundles (poster + apparel combos) for added value.

- Test & refine the subscription-based model

Offer a trial run of a 3-month subscription pilot to gauge interest.  Partner with creators for exclusive content & limited-run merch.  Collect feedback from subscribers to refine future offerings.

- Develop an event forum/platform for local automotive events  Allow partnered groups, car clubs, and organizers to post and manage events.  Enable RSVP tracking.  Create a dynamic event map that auto-updates based on location.

- Offer local event partnerships

Feature partnered events on Cozys site and social pages.

Introduce Cozy-branded pop-up booths at select automotive events.  Explore collaborations with automotive brands to increase reach.

Phase 4:

Large-Scale Projects & Long-Term Goals

- Produce a quarterly or bi-annual print magazine

The magazine would function as a high-end visual zine or lookbook.  Feature the best showcases, creator interviews, and event highlights.  Focus on premium design and print quality, making it a coffee-table-worthy piece.  Sell individual copies & subscription options for collectors.

- Expand magazine distribution

Offer direct sales via Cozy’s site.

Get the magazine into boutique automotive shops, cafes, and bookstores.  Run limited collectors editions with exclusive covers or bonus content.

- Introduce a classifieds section for automotive auctions & sales  Allow users to list and bid on cars, parts, and collectibles.

Implement a verification system to ensure listings are legitimate.  Offer premium listing options for higher visibility.

- Continue refining and expanding the Cozy platform

Based on feedback, introduce new features and refine user experience.  Partner with more photographers, brands, and event organizers.  Keep Cozy evolving to remain the go-to platform for automotive creatives.
